What to expect at a Babylon Mercantile Cooking Class:
Our classes are hands-on and appropriate for all skillsets
Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted. You’ll be standing and cooking for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. Wear clothes that can get a little messy.
Get all of the personal attention and guidance you need thanks to classes capped at 12 students, usually working in groups of 2- 4.
In most classes, individuals will be paired with a partner.
In most classes you will enjoy the meal you prepared at our counter or on our patio.
